As we build new habits, we'll face challenges and obstacles, but together, we’ll overcome them. Expect to encounter self-sabotage, unproductive thought patterns, and resistance to change—this is simply your brain trying to protect you. The key to success is taking things slow. Have you ever gone "all in" on a new endeavor, only to quit by day three? That's because you haven’t yet laid a solid foundation for lasting change.
We’ll also explore identity shifts. Changing who you are requires patience—rush the process, and you risk falling back into old patterns. By taking our time, we’ll create enduring changes in both what you do and who you are. The power of transformation is one of our greatest human strengths.
In my experience, 12 weeks is the optimal timeframe. By week 8, new neural pathways begin to form, and by week 12, they’re solidified. A shorter program could hinder your progress, so we’ll take it step by step to ensure lasting success.
